Vincent Martineau has been head of news at UdeMNouvelles since 2020. After a 15-year career at Radio-Canada and a stint at several public-relations agencies, he joined UdeM in 2016 as a communications advisor for the MIL Campus. He has long been involved in promoting cycling as a sport and leisure activity in Quebec, notably with the National Cycling Centre in Bromont.
